FEES & RESOURCES

Our Fee Structure

MINIMAL DEPOSIT:

Everyone receives a complimentary initial consultation with a Peterson Travel Group Luxury Travel Agent.  After the initial consultation, to get started, we require a plan-to-go deposit which will be applied to your total trip cost. We also charge a consulting and planning fee which starts at $150 and up depending on your destination(s), length of travel, and complexity of itinerary

AIRFARE AND RAIL TICKETING FEES:

Peterson Travel Group does not charge an airline or rail ticketing fee when booked as part of a package with accommodations. When booking air only, a ticketing fee of $75 per economy ticket and $125 per business class ticket will be applied.

It is beneficial to plan your trip as early as possible for better availability and prices.

ADDITIONAL PAYMENT OPTIONS & DEPOSITS:

We offer easy and attractive payment options to our clients. Our vacation quotes require a deposit to lock in prices and hold space. We accept all major credit cards for both deposits and final payment.  Additional payments can be made anytime until the final due date.

Travel Insurance

Wondering if you need travel insurance?  Or if your health insurance or Medicare provide health coverage while you're traveling in a foreign country?

Travel protection coverage provides peace of mind in case unforeseen circumstances arise that cause you to cancel your trip or return home early. Not only does travel insurance provide emergency medical coverage and emergency evacuation coverage (transportation necessary to receive proper medical care) – which Medicare does not, nor do most US health plans – but it also protects your financial investment through trip cost reimbursement.

Why risk expensive medical bills in case of injury, illness or even death while traveling? Coverage even extends to immediate family members who are not traveling with you. Additional benefits even include coverage for:

  • Baggage Loss/Delay

  • Missed Connections

  • Concierge Service

  • Rental Car Damage

Don’t let unexpected events wreak havoc with your finances and careful travel plans. Call us today for more information and easily obtain a quote for your next vacation.
